With 25 years of diverse business experience, Ryan Davis stands out as a dynamic leader driven by an authentic passion for life. Marked by both entrepreneurial and corporate achievement, Ryan’s ambitious journey began at the age of 17 when he founded his first of four successful businesses. These early accomplishments fueled his passion for enterprise and have continued to define his career.

By the time Ryan entered college (BBA, Southern Utah University), his combination of hands-on business acumen and extensive real-world experience was already well-established. His professional background spans key roles in construction, manufacturing, consumer services, and tourism, working for both national and international organizations.

As a seasoned consultant and administrative professional, Ryan has successfully guided numerous companies through ISO 9001 certification and OSHA 29 CFR compliance, specializing in business management, auditing, technical writing, team building, commercial/public relations, and marketing.

Avocationally, Ryan spends his free time tending to his 10-acre farm, traveling to explore diverse cultures, and spending quality time with his family. He commits to regular volunteer work for the disadvantaged and actively participates in environmental projects.

As the Director of Marketing and Strategic Business Development, Ryan leverages his deep understanding of business processes and relations to drive Rubicon’s initiatives and enhance market presence.
